It's a good thing he's so cute, otherwise we would have been tempted to give him away yesterday. He emptied an entire tub of Vaseline all over his carpet, wall, clothes and toys while he was supposed to be taking a nap. Unfortunately, this was while I was at work and Jay had to clean the whole mess himself (sorry, sweetie!) Hayden knew he was in trouble and didn't even try to get out of time out. Hayden's current favorite movie is the Curious George Movie, and I'm convinced more and more that he's our own little monkey.

Bad news...the Vaseline obsession doesn't stop...at least it hasn't stopped for Clara yet. I thought she was long over the stuff, then a couple of weeks ago she gooped it all over grandma's side table. When I found her with gobs of it all over her hands and the table she explained that she was using it to clean. At least we don't have to oil that piece of furniture for a while.
There's something very hard to resist about little boys in suit jackets. Super cute, Kris!

Here's is how my brain works.."Oh that is so sad...'she don't use butter, she don't use cheese, she don't use jelly or any of these she uses vaaaaaseline....'"
Out of curiosity, what DO you use to clean up Vaseline? I'm sure this is information we will need soon enough.
Also, Grant and I were just watching Curious George the other day. He was setting the clock back so he could stay up and play later, but the guy kept being late to work. Ha! What a naughty little monkey.
Oh no! It is definitely lucky for these toddlers that they are so cute...it is what saves them :)
